I work together with each individual to help create a healing environment that is built on trust, understanding, exploration, and safety. I tailor the interventions I use whether it is primarily CBT, DBT, exposure therapy, person-centered therapy, or a mix to the specific individual as best suits them. I want to work with my clients so that they don’t feel so weighed down by their depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, or trauma responses so they can lead a more fulfilling life. Over my years of being a therapist, I have had the pleasure of working with a variety of clients from many different backgrounds and unique struggles. My goal in session is to offer a compassionate and non-judgmental space where we can explore life’s challenges and how to foster positive growth. I want to meet you where you are at wherever that may be. I want to work to strengthen your resilience and develop stronger skills and insight to allow you to better manage your struggles.
