Introduction

About Me: I believe therapy should be a safe and supportive space where you don’t have to carry life’s challenges alone. My work focuses on helping adults navigate trauma, anxiety, substance use, domestic violence, sexual assault, and major life transitions. I have a special passion for supporting mothers during pregnancy and postpartum. Becoming a parent is life-changing, and it can bring both joy and struggle. I help moms adjust to life with a newborn, cope with postpartum depression or anxiety, and process experiences such as pregnancy loss or stillbirth. I am trained by Postpartum Support International (PSI) in Advanced Perinatal Mental Health, which allows me to provide specialized, evidence-based care for perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe healing looks different for everyone, and together we’ll create a path that feels right for you. Whether you’re looking to develop coping skills, heal from past experiences, or simply feel more balanced, I am here to walk alongside you. Outside of my work, I’m a mom myself, which has deepened my appreciation for the challenges and joys that come with parenthood. I bring not only professional training but also lived understanding to the work I do with parents. Specializations: Perinatal & Postpartum Mental Health Specialized training through Postpartum Support International (PSI) in Advanced Perinatal Mental Health to support mothers experiencing postpartum depression, anxiety, pregnancy loss, or stillbirth, as well as the challenges of adjusting to parenthood. Trauma & Attachment Trauma Helping adults heal from past experiences that affect relationships, self-esteem, and daily life. I often incorporate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as part of treatment to process trauma safely and effectively. Anxiety Supporting clients in managing worry, overthinking, and physical symptoms of anxiety through evidence-based strategies. Substance Use Guiding individuals through recovery, relapse prevention, and finding healthier coping skills. Domestic Violence & Sexual Assault Providing a safe, supportive space to process experiences and rebuild a sense of safety and empowerment. Major Life Transitions Assisting with challenges such as career changes, relationship shifts, grief, or other significant life adjustments. Impactful services: Therapy is more than just support in the moment—it’s an opportunity for lasting transformation. By integrating my training in maternal mental health, trauma recovery, and EMDR therapy, I offer a comprehensive approach to healing. Our work together will give you tools to manage challenges, strengthen resilience, and reconnect with yourself. My goal is to create a space where you can grow, heal, and build a future filled with balance, hope, and possibility.
