Introduction

Do you ever find yourself saying you’re “fine” when that’s the furthest thing from the truth? Maybe you tell yourself to get your “ish” together while quietly wondering how to keep up with it all, relationships, family, career, expectations. Success can look good on paper but still feel overwhelming behind the scenes. Even when others see you as strong and capable, it can be hard to admit that you’re struggling. You might notice patterns in your relationships, or feel disconnected from yourself despite doing “all the right things.” Whether you’re navigating new changes or working through long-standing challenges, therapy can help you pause, process, and heal. In our work together, I’ll help you uncover the beliefs and patterns that keep you stuck while supporting you in building healthier, more fulfilling ways of showing up for yourself and in your relationships. My goal is to help you reconnect with your confidence, clarity, and peace. I provide a safe, affirming space where you don’t have to code-switch or hide parts of who you are. Here, you can exhale and show up as your full self. Healing starts when you feel seen, safe, and supported in your authenticity. My approach is collaborative, genuine, and grounded in warmth, empathy, and cultural humility. I work with individuals and couples from a holistic lens, focusing on the whole person, not just the symptoms. I primarily support BIPOC transitional-aged youth, young adults, professionals, and couples in CA and TX who are navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, trauma, anxiety, depression, and issues related to sexual health and wellness. For many high-achieving Black and Brown individuals, emotional distress often hides behind burnout, irritability, physical exhaustion, or self-doubt. You deserve a space that honors your story, validates your experiences, and helps you heal without judgment. Together, we’ll focus on breaking unhealthy cycles, improving self-worth, deepening connection, and creating a life that feels balanced, grounded, and truly your own.
