Introduction

I am passionate about cultivating a real relationship with you to enable you to explore yourself and learn new methods to manage life's challenges. Together we can address past trauma and work toward healing, renewal, and growth. I use body-based methods, such as Lifespan Integration and the Emotional Freedom Technique to help your body heal itself. Originally from England, I have a Bachelor's degree in Mental Health Nursing from Leeds Beckett University and a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from Boston University. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate in Washington State (Currently under the supervision of Cynthia Ridgeway, LMHC) and have been working in mental health for over 15 years.
