Introduction

I'm Gena Hepworth, and I work with the "hot mess"—those moments when life feels chaotic, overwhelming, or stuck. With over 20 years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I've helped adolescents and adults find their brave while navigating trauma, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. Whether you're processing family estrangement, adjusting to an empty nest, or wrestling with big questions about legacy and spirituality, I'm here to help you make sense of your life story. At Restore Grace Counseling, we operate as a no-shame zone. I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds—LGBTQ+ individuals, people of many faith traditions, and those exploring spirituality—meeting you exactly where you are with respect and non-judgment. I draw on evidence-based approaches including CBT, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and Cognitive Processing Therapy. I offer individual, couples, family, and group sessions via telehealth or in-person, and I'm currently accepting new clients. I accept most major insurance plans including Medicare and TRICARE.
