Triple E Therapy's core philosophy is to; Emineo - Stand out and step away from our negative thinking. Extollo - Rise up to become our best and most authentic selves. Eximo – Break Free of the preconceived notions shaped by the past and embrace the truth that only YOU have the power to define yourself. If you’re looking for a therapist who sits silently behind a clipboard, nodding gravely while making mysterious notes, you’ve come to the wrong corner of the therapy space. My approach to therapy is warm, down-to-earth, and grounded in real-world reality, usually served with a healthy dose of humor and the occasional pop culture reference. What does all that mean for you? It means that behind my relaxed, conversational vibe is a deep commitment to evidence-based practice. I specialize in helping adults navigate major life transitions, everyday burnout, relationship dynamics, intimacy, sexual health, unique identity exploration, ENM, kink, and the distinct process of military service and its transition into civilian life. I operate on a simple belief: real healing and growth only happen when you can show up as your full, unfiltered self. Awkward moments, questionable life choices, unfiltered thoughts, and all. Therapy with me isn't about fitting into a neat little box, pretending you have it all figured out, or being lectured. It’s about creating a genuine partnership where we can unpack whatever’s weighing you down, tap into your natural strengths, and build practical strategies to help you build a life that feels genuinely, authentically your own. I'm here to walk alongside you, no judgment, just support. About me -------------------- My path to clinical practice wasn't a straight line. It was more like a scenic route through 10 years in the Marine Corps and a lifetime of growing up in a military family. Between constantly moving, packing up my life, and being stationed in different places around the world, I lost count of how many times I had to hit reset on my community and build a new support system from scratch. I’ve had a front-row seat to big moves, sudden plot twists, and the occasional total chaos that life likes to drop on our doorsteps. Those experiences gave me a deep, foundational respect for human resilience, adaptability, and the absolute necessity of having a safe, non-judgmental space to land when things get messy. I earned my Bachelor’s in Psychology and Master’s in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Certified Sex Therapy Informed Professional (CSTIP), and I’ve been providing clinical care since 2021.
