I am a physician specializing in general psychiatry with additional clinical experience in urgent care and internal medicine. I began my medical career in an emergency department in Northeast Ohio while attending Kent State University, followed by medical education at the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine and residency training at the University of Virginia. I have held clinical and leadership roles at Virginia Beach Psychiatric Center, serving as Chemical Dependency Medical Director, consultative medicine specialist, and in secondary psychiatric care. I am the founder and Medical Director of GHR Center for Addiction Recovery and Treatment in Norfolk, Virginia, where I provide comprehensive psychiatric and addiction medicine services. My practice includes evaluation, medication management, and ongoing care for patients with psychiatric disorders.
