Hello beautiful soul, I am Genesis Morales, a Latinx Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). As a human being, I understand that struggles with depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief can feel overwhelming, leaving us feeling disconnected from ourselves and our bodies. I want you to know that you don’t have to navigate this journey alone. I offer a safe space where you can reconnect with yourself and begin to heal from within. My approach focuses on healing through somatic, body-centered approaches, encouraging a deeper connection to the body’s wisdom. I believe that by tuning into the physical sensations and emotions stored in the body, we can uncover the root causes of distress and begin to release what no longer serves us. Through our integration of body awareness, I will support you in processing emotions more fully, cultivating radical self-acceptance, and finding peace in both the mind and body. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, connected, and empowered to navigate your healing journey with greater ease and self-compassion.
