Using a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Trauma Focused CBT, I work collaboratively with clients to build skills, process difficult experiences, and create meaningful change.
