Being a person can be hard! I work with clients through a relational, strengths-based, and trauma-informed lens to explore the past and experiment with future ways of connecting in the world. I strive to create a safe, affirming container for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and other concerns. Together, we can get creative and gently challenge old patterns and recenter your values and purpose. Therapy can be a space for experimentation and hope. My goal is to help you feel safe and supported in telling your story and to help you develop new stories in the process of healing. I aim to bring compassion, openness, and judgement-free curiosity and love finding creative ways to address pain, while attending to the values and inherent strengths you hold as an individual. My work is grounded in narrative and relational therapy, though I enjoy adopting various behavioral and insight-oriented strategies when called for. I believe it is important to address internal and external factors impacting mental health and practice informed by social justice, cultural humility, and harm reduction principles. If you are interested in connecting to see if we will be a good match together, please reach out to schedule a consultation!
