Welcome! My name is Genna, and I’m a licensed clinical social worker who believes in creating a space where you can slow down, exhale, and feel truly seen, especially in the midst of loss. Grief can follow the death of someone we love, but it can also arise through changes in health, chronic pain or illness, caregiving, aging, and the quieter losses of identity, independence, and the life we once imagined. My work is grounded in gentleness, connection, and deep respect for the complexity of grief. Loss can reshape our inner world, stir old wounds, and bring forward questions we never expected to carry. There is no right way to grieve, and you deserve a place where your experience can be held with care, without pressure to move on. I support individuals navigating grief, caregiver stress, and major life transitions, including those living with chronic illness and the tender realities of aging. My approach is calm, relational, and deeply human. I value presence that does not rush your process and honors the courage it takes to show up while carrying loss. I walk alongside people through uncertainty, heartbreak, exhaustion, and the slow process of finding steadiness again. Together, we make space for what has been lost while gently exploring what remains and what may still grow.
