I have 28 years of experience working in community mental health, college counseling and behavioral health. I specialize in providing support for clients struggling with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, interpersonal relationship dynamics, trauma histories, work-life balance, grief/loss, religious/spiritual concerns, and feeling disconnected. I bring extensive experience with LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC community members. I have supported individuals navigating the foster care system and adoptions. Also, a particular focus on Men's Issues related to recognizing, understanding, and managing your emotions, as well as the emotions of others, career transitions, sexuality, sexual issues/concerns, stressors related to roles as a caregiver, spouse, partner, father, and professional expectations.
