Maybe you are in a season of life where something feels different, and you are unsure of where to go from here. You may be navigating stress, anxiety, burnout, or a life transition. Perhaps you’re feeling disconnected from yourself or stuck in patterns that no longer fit. You may be looking to develop a deeper sense of self-trust and clarity about what truly matters to you. I work primarily with adults navigating times of change, emotional overwhelm, burnout, and anxiety. Questions arise as we grow and change. I believe therapy can be a way to better understand your experience and consider how your values have shifted and evolved over time. Together, we can slow down and become curious about the patterns that have shaped your life- what may have once served you, what no longer fits, and what you might want to approach differently. My approach is warm and collaborative. I draw from ACT, existential, and somatic perspectives to explore the connection between your thoughts, emotions, values, and the way you show up in your life. We also pay attention to your physical experience, recognizing that the body offers useful information about your inner experience in the present moment. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you can feel more connected to yourself. Not because you have figured everything out, but because you have developed a deeper sense of what matters to you and greater trust in your ability to navigate what comes next.
