I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing mental health services to women in the River Valley Area. Since earning my Master’s degree in 2009, I have worked in diverse settings including group homes, foster care programs, youth treatment programs, DHS as a County Supervisor, and hospice care. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of the challenges individuals and families face across the lifespan. In my practice, I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), EMDR, Sand Tray Therapy, Somatic work, and Breath/Energy work. I have a special interest in supporting women who are navigating anxiety, parenting concerns, sleep difficulties, and healing from trauma. My goal is to provide a safe, comfortable environment where you can explore past hurts, traumas, and worries. I also incorporate psychoeducation — a key component in helping you unlearn old patterns and rewire your brain for healthier ways of thinking and living.
