Introduction

How much of what poet Mary Oliver calls your "one wild and precious life" are you prepared to waste on living with unresolved issues that get in the way of living fully? I will support you to make the changes in your life that might be challenging but essential for your well-being. I seek to invigorate hope and help you access new skills to bring you more peace and happiness. I worked as a psychologist in New Zealand in the 1980s and 1990s and now a Marriage & Family Therapist working in California since 2006. I am also a professor at San Diego State University and train therapists in Marriage & Family Therapy. I have helped many individuals, couples and families get through tough times, gain clarity, change unproductive habits, and flourish.
