Introduction

My name is Geraldine McKinnon and I am a licensed clinical social worker. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, OCD, life transitions, and relationship challenges. With a strong background in both clinical practice and healthcare leadership, I bring a practical, compassionate, and solution-focused approach to therapy. I understand how overwhelming it can feel when your thoughts are racing, your emotions feel out of control, or you’re stuck in patterns that are hard to break. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, intrusive thoughts, burnout, or difficulty maintaining healthy relationships, my goal is to help you gain clarity, build coping skills, and feel more in control. My counseling approach is unique to the individual and developed from a combination of cognitive behavioral and strengths-based modalities.
