Feeling stuck in your relationship, disconnected from yourself, or unsure how to move forward? Whether you’re navigating relationship conflict, anxiety, identity questions, or the weight of family expectations, therapy can be a space where things begin to feel clearer and more manageable. I’m Germaine Ibrahim, a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, and I work with individuals and couples who may feel ready for support but unsure where to start. Having been in therapy myself, I understand how vulnerable that first step can feel. My goal is to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and collaborative. My approach is client-centered and relational, with the option to integrate Christian faith for those who desire it, while fully respecting clients who prefer a non-faith-based approach. I specialize in relationships, self-image, identity, family-of-origin issues, anxiety, cultural stressors, and faith exploration. I am EMDR trained and certified in Prepare/Enrich, How We Love, and play therapy. You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. If you’re ready for support, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey!
