Introduction

Gianna is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student at UNLV who works with adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD and neurodivergence, substance use concerns, relationship challenges, and other mental health concerns. She provides a warm, person-centered, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered. Originally from the Big Island of Hawaiʻi, Gianna is passionate about providing culturally responsive care to the diverse Las Vegas community. Her background includes supporting individuals with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities, as well as experience in neuropsychological psychometrics involving dementia, traumatic brain injuries, stroke, and other neurocognitive conditions. Gianna believes people are doing the best they can with the tools they have. She meets clients where they are, helping them build on their strengths, develop effective coping skills, and create meaningful change that aligns with their individual goals.
