I focus on working with adults who struggle with ADHD, anxiety, trauma, and all of the challenges that accompany these experiences. Daily and chronic struggles can affect relationships, sleep patterns, physical health, work performance, fulfillment, and our relationship with our own identity. I recognize that we are all unique individuals, and I work alongside you in self-exploration to address your own personal needs. My work with clients is very collaborative, meaning we take the time to initially get to know each other and assess what your goals for treatment are. I’m here as a support and guide to help you make your own meaning out of life’s challenges through reflection, intentionality, mindfulness, self-compassion, skill building, and self-awareness.
