Introduction

With over fifteen years experience in the social work field, I am a strengths-based therapist who helps clients work toward accomplishing their individual goals. Sometimes this means managing anxiety, depression, social issues, or ADHD. I also help my clients navigate family and/or peer relationships. As a parent myself, I love working with other parents who are trying to raise kind humans and want support.
