Introduction

I became a therapist because I witnessed how powerful it can be when someone feels truly seen, understood, and supported. I work with people navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship struggles, and major life transitions. I believe that when your nervous system experiences a safe and supportive emotional environment, it becomes possible to do deeper work within. Using approaches such as EMDR and IFS, we can move beneath the surface, better understand your body’s responses, and learn to work with them rather than against them. This process can help you heal old wounds, create meaningful and lasting change, and establish a stronger, more trusting relationship with yourself—one you can continue to rely on long after therapy ends.
