Hi, I'm Ginger Rippey, a Counseling Student Intern. I offer a compassionate, person-centered approach to therapy that honors the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. I integrate mindfulness, holistic practices, and somatic awareness to support healing and personal growth. I work with children, teens, and adults, and I strive to meet each individual where they are, creating a safe and supportive space for exploration, resilience, and meaningful change. I'm also mindful of the unique ways children and adolescents express themselves—especially those who may have difficulty sitting still or making eye contact—and I tailor sessions to help them feel comfortable and seen. I also offer walk-and-talk therapy, an alternative to traditional in-office sessions. This approach takes therapy outdoors—walking side-by-side instead of sitting face-to-face—which can feel more relaxed and natural for many clients. Movement, fresh air, and a change in scenery can support both emotional processing and nervous system regulation. Let’s find your authentic self—starting today.
