Introduction

At Through the Valley Counseling & Coaching, we offer both professional counseling and trauma-informed coaching support. While our approaches often complement one another, they serve different roles in the healing process. Counseling is provided by a licensed mental health professional and focuses on assessment and treatment of mental health and trauma-related concerns. Coaching is non-clinical and offers support, encouragement, psychoeducation, personal growth, and practical guidance. Depending on your needs and goals, clients may benefit from counseling, coaching, or a combination of both services. Ginna Bartlett, MA, LPC Ginna is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania. She specializes in betrayal trauma, women’s issues, relationship healing, and Christian counseling, helping women and couples navigate the emotional impact of infidelity, unwanted sexual behaviors, trauma, anxiety, depression, relational wounds, and other mental health concerns. She holds a BA in Psychology with an emphasis in Biblical Studies and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University. Ginna has experience working with couples, families, and individuals in both clinical and community settings. Her approach integrates Biblical counseling with evidence-based modalities including CBT and ACT, while also incorporating Gottman principles in couples work. She is also a trainee in the Multidimensional Partner Trauma Model through the Association for Partners of Sex Addicts Trauma Specialists (APSATS). As a licensed counselor, Ginna provides professional mental health treatment and trauma-informed care while integrating faith-based support when desired. Ginny Keteles, NCTC, ICF Life Coach Ginny is a Nationally Certified Trauma Coach, International Coaching Federation Life Coach, and Certified Narcissistic Abuse Coach through Addictions Academy. She understands this journey and is passionate about walking alongside women navigating betrayal trauma/infidelity, emotional abuse, relationship wounds, and personal growth. Ginny has completed specialized training in treatment of sexual compulsivity and partner betrayal trauma and is also a trainee in the Multidimensional Partner Trauma Model through APSATS. She holds certifications through the American Association of Christian Counselors in Biblical Counseling, Foundations of Mental Health Coaching, and Trauma-Informed Coaching, along with additional advanced training focused on emotional healing, trauma recovery, and faith-based support. Through coaching, Ginny offers practical support, encouragement, psychoeducation, and guidance for women seeking healing and growth outside of a clinical counseling setting.
