Introduction

Therapy is hard work, and I’ll challenge you, but I also believe the process should be fun. My goal is to help clients understand themselves in a deeper way and ultimately live a life they deem worth living. My focus areas include sex, anxiety, depression, relationships, trauma, grief, and life transitions. In regards to sex therapy - I particularly enjoy working with people experiencing challenges due to anxiety, pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction, trauma, and shame. I also love working with clients questioning their sexuality. While I identify as a queer cis woman, I extend a warm welcome to clients of any identity.
