From a young age, I’ve been drawn to helping others feel seen, understood, and supported in their healing. Today, as a psychotherapist and mind-body coach, I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and chronic pain, offering a compassionate, holistic approach that honors the deep connection between mind and body. I know how overwhelming life’s challenges can feel, not just emotionally, but physically, too. With a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Southern California (USC), and as a wife and mother, I bring both professional expertise and real-life perspective to the work we’ll do together. My goal is to create a warm, safe space where you can feel truly cared for and begin to heal in a way that feels right for you. I believe that our thoughts, emotions, and past experiences live in the body and that real healing happens when we address the whole person. While we can’t always change what life brings, we can work together to understand how it’s affecting you and find new ways to respond. My goal is to help you feel more ease in your body, more clarity in your mind, and more confidence in your path forward. Having navigated my own personal challenges, I bring deep empathy to our work together. I understand that healing isn’t always easy, but I also believe it can be gentle and even infused with lightness, such as humor, to make the process feel more hopeful and approachable.
