About My Practice: I work with adults and strive to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and able to talk openly about what’s on your mind. Building a strong, trusting relationship is at the heart of my work, and I approach therapy as a collaborative process—we’ll work together to make sense of what you’re experiencing. In our work, we may explore patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and relationships, helping you better understand yourself while also building greater self-compassion. Over time, this can open the door to meaningful change and a more fulfilling life. My approach is flexible and grounded in psychodynamic therapy, while also drawing from evidence-based practices. I tailor my work to your individual needs, guided by over 25 years of experience helping people with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, family and relationship challenges, self-esteem, attachment issues, and grief. I also have a professional working proficiency of and provide therapy in Spanish.
