As a mother and a therapist, I know how deeply we feel our children's emotions — when they struggle, we struggle too. Parenting is one of the most meaningful and most demanding journeys there is, and no one should navigate it alone. My work starts from a simple idea: your child is not the problem, and neither are you. When we understand the patterns a family is caught in, we can change them. I work from a systemic perspective, looking at how family members affect one another rather than treating anyone as "the broken one." With parents, I combine this with behavioral principles — drawing on my applied behavior analysis training — so you leave sessions with practical tools that work at home, not just insight. With couples, I integrate Gottman Method and Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy to rebuild connection through both acceptance and change. Mindfulness and somatic practices support emotional regulation along the way. I work with families, couples, and individuals navigating anxiety, depression, parenting challenges, and relationship struggles. As a bilingual, bicultural therapist, I offer therapy in English and Spanish and understand what it means to raise a family between cultures. Together, we build calm, confidence, and relationships that hold.
