Becoming a new parent can be much harder than anyone prepares you for. While you may have expected to feel only joy and love, you might instead find yourself feeling overwhelmed, anxious, tearful, uncertain, or disconnected from the person you used to be. You are not alone — these experiences are more common than you may realize, and support can help. My goal is to help you feel like yourself again (or discover a new version of yourself), while building confidence in your role as a parent. As a mother of two and a certified perinatal mental health provider, I understand the unique challenges that come with this transition and provide a warm, compassionate space to help you navigate them. Clients often describe my approach as supportive, genuine, and down-to-earth. Together, we can work through the challenges you’re facing and create meaningful change. I offer virtual therapy throughout California and in-person sessions in Calabasas, CA. Services are available in English and Spanish.
