Together, we explore what lies beneath the surface and make more conscious choices. At times, I’ll gently challenge old patterns; at others, we slow down, feel, and soften into acceptance. I offer a holistic space for healing, blending mindfulness-based, somatic practices, Parts work (IFS), and CBT. Together, we explore your inner world with compassion and return to the present moment for clarity and renewal. With your permission, I also incorporate spiritual healing practices into a soul-led experience (see website). Your healing journey is unique; you don’t have to walk alone.
