Introduction

With over 15 years of experience supporting young adults and adolescents in social service and school settings, my passion is helping others to be their best selves. I believe that the counseling relationship is a journey to be taken together, discovering techniques that clients can take with them to use whenever they need. You are the expert of your life and as your counselor, I will guide you in problem solving and discovering solutions to your obstacles. I use an integrative approach, blending Person-Centered, and Solution-Focused Therapy, along with CBT, and mindfulness to support your overall well-being. My goals are to guide you towards having a better relationship with yourself and the people you care about. It's also for you to discover your power to steer life in the direction you choose, allowing you to achieve your goals and have the life you want. Everyone’s counseling journey is different. Some seek counseling for healing, some are looking for guidance and support during a life transition, while others may feel like they’re just in a rut and need an emotional boost. Whatever your reason is, I am ready to take this journey with you. If you’re ready to get started, schedule an appointment with me today.
