Introduction

I am a board-certified psychiatrist with extensive experience in treating a broad spectrum of mental health conditions. My approach is evidence-based, holistic, collaborative, inclusive, and patient-centered—grounded in the belief that effective care begins with truly understanding the person, not just the diagnosis. I believe that mental health wellness is sustainable with hope, self-compassion, and true commitment to the process of healing. Your mental health care should never feel rushed or impersonal. Whether you’re navigating the pressures of work, family, academic stress, identity transitions, or personal challenges, you don’t have to manage it alone. I strive to support you with empathy balanced with practical feedback. At this practice, care is thoughtful, and tailored to you—helping you regain clarity, stability, and confidence in your daily life. Through a detailed assessment, I will develop a personalized treatment plan which may include recommendations for medications, therapy, lifestyle and behavioral modifications and/or other interventions, and I will monitor for the desired outcomes. I usually involve family members/trusted loved ones and therapists in my treatment plan. Care will always be guided by transparency, education and mutual respect. I am currently seeing patients in Texas, with in-person and virtual options available. I look forward to connecting with you.
