I’m a calm, warm, and steady presence, and I believe healing happens when you feel genuinely seen and valued. My approach is rooted in kindness and real connection, and we’ll always move at a pace that feels right for you. I work with children, teens, and adults from all walks of life, and I have special experience in a few areas: affirming; healing from trauma, including domestic and sexual violence; adoption-related experiences; and burnout from the demands of a busy life. I also see couples, using Emotionally Focused Therapy to help partners reconnect and communicate with more ease. Our work together is strengths-based and person-centered. I draw on evidence-based tools like Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), CBT, DBT, and IFS-informed work to help you process both past and present experiences and reconnect with the resilience you already have. You set the direction, and I’ll help you build the skills and clarity to get there. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with an MSW from Walden University. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling a little lighter, clearer, and more like yourself. Some days my pup, Teddy, joins me at the office. If you’re allergic or not a dog person, just let me know and Teddy will sit that session out.
