Using a strengths-based and person-centered approach, I focus on helping you reconnect with your resilience and inner wisdom. I work with teens (ages 13+) and adults from all walks of life. I have specific experience supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community, trauma survivors (including domestic and sexual violence), and those navigating adoption-related experiences, burnout, and ongoing life stress. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are and walk alongside you as you move toward greater clarity, balance, and emotional well-being.
