Gordonia "Dina" Cundiff, LMHC (MA), LPC (VA) is a Boston native and founder of No Stones Thrown Counseling Services, Inc., the first Black-owned mental health private practice in Massachusetts with a focus on supporting families on the autism spectrum. With over a decade of experience, she specializes in trauma-informed care with an emphasis on Stabilization Response (SR) as the foundation for effective treatment. Dina has held leadership roles supporting crisis response, which informed the development of her provider trainings focused on stabilization response, trauma-informed protocols, and coordinated care. She continues to provide individual therapy and trauma and recovery group therapy for survivors, while also offering organizational consultations, provider trainings, and speaking engagements centered on trauma and autism advocacy. Mission Statement No Stones Thrown Counseling creates safe, inclusive, and empowering spaces for neurodivergent individuals and trauma-impacted families through therapy, stabilization-focused care, and community-based supports rooted in lived experience and cultural understanding. Vision Statement We envision systems of care where Stabilization Response (SR) is standard practice, and providers are equipped with the tools, training, and protocols needed to reduce crisis cycles and support long-term healing through integrated clinical and community-based services. Through her work, Dina advances a model of care that prioritizes stabilization, strengthens providers, and creates sustainable pathways to healing for individuals and families alike.
