Introduction

Grace is an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist, a Sexual Health Alliance Certified Sex Therapist Candidate, and sexologist who works with couples, groups, and individuals. Her focus is on helping clients work through sexual issues, communication issues, ‘stuckness,’ anger management, and social anxiety. She specializes in sexual issues including problematic sexual behavior, infidelity repair, sexual orientation exploration, ethical non-monogamy, and sexual psychoeducation including working frankly, warmly, and non-judgmentally to answer questions like ‘how do we try this?’ and ‘what does this mean?’ Grace adopts an experiential, emotionally-focused approach to therapy. She believes her job as your therapist is to work herself out of a job, and focuses on helping clients cultivate the tools and skills they need to experience fulfilling, self-actualized relationships with themselves and others. Grace received her Bachelor’s from the University of Alabama in 2014 and, after a decade working as a creative and a culture lead in startups, earned her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Syracuse University in 2024. She is currently completing her Sex Therapy Certification from the Sexual Health Alliance to fulfill the requirements of the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT) certification. Outside of work, she spends time writing fiction, trying out new workout classes, and checking out too many books from the library.
