I enjoy working with individuals who actively participate and are interested in growing, healing, initiating, and curious! If you have been thinking about it for the longest time but were shy, embarrassed, or worried, look no further! I am so glad you are finally taking a step towards your goal and you are in a safe place. I believe that everyone is unique and different, so please be mindful and expect that the time of treatment and emotional healing may vary on the individual. I am interested in creating a safe and supportive space where you can genuinely open up and be yourself. I want to provide a free 15 min consultation to the individual striving towards their goal in emotional healing to see if we are a good fit. Please send me your primary concern and the answers to the questions below. The questions are a primary filter for me to know if this treatment modality suits you. 1. Do you have any eating concerns/ eating disorders/ emotional eating? 2. Are you actively suicidal? 3. Do you use substances or illicit drugs not prescribed by your psychiatrist? I am currently not taking any insurance for the new clients; however, I'll be happy to provide you with a superbill. I am meeting with my clients and guests over the video/ telehealth only now. I look forward to meeting and connecting with you.
