Introduction

As Founder of Wild Rivers Counseling, I am dedicated to illuminating the path to hope and joy for others. With a rich tapestry of experience working with adults & children as young as 3, I believe that even in the darkest moments, the sun will always rise. Utilizing a client-centered approach, I skillfully weave together a variety of modalities from nature/based therapy, Expressive Arts, Somatic Awareness, Attachment, Exposure therapy, or play therapy to create a personalized healing journey. Reach out if you or your child are struggling with life transitions, grief, or self esteem and are seeking traditional or non-traditional (outdoor/nature) sessions. My therapeutic approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual, employing evidence-based techniques alongside compassionate guidance to help clients navigate their emotional landscapes. I am passionate about empowering our clients to process their feelings and uncover the underlying reasons behind their struggles. I recognize that taking the first step towards change requires immense courage. I am committed to creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore their feelings and confront the obstacles that may be holding them back. I believe that every day is a chance to change your life. Sometimes traditional office sessions do not work for the individual. If this is you, call me to discuss an outdoor or nature based therapy session.
