I believe meaningful change does not happen in isolation. I have consistently felt drawn to spaces where children, teens, and families are navigating challenges and seeking growth. Over time, both in clinical and community settings, I have seen the power of collaboration. I have witnessed how growth deepens when caregivers are included in the process, creating consistency, connection and support both in session and at home. This perspective continues to shape my commitment to collaborative, client-centered care. My years of experience working with minors comes from working with children, adolescents, and families in the clinical setting, community based advocacy work, and year-round youth development in camp leadership, with a focus on emotional regulation and crisis intervention. I partner closely with families to strengthen attachment, improve communication, and support emotional regulation both in and outside of sessions. Much of my work has taken place in trauma settings, deepening my understanding of the significant impact life's experiences have on the nervous system. This lens guides me in working collaboratively with clients and their caregivers to provide thoughtful, attuned care while also equipping them with tools to move forward with resilience and confidence. I am committed to facilitating developmentally appropriate care while creating a safe, fun, collaborative space that supports meaningful and lasting change!
