The most important thing to me in this process is that you feel safe and respected. I've walked this road too and I've done the work too. I won't lie to you, it's hard and it's painful. But when you work through it in a trustworthy space, you actually do get better. Healing from trauma is about unlearning the deep-seated patterns that keep you stuck in unhealthy dynamics and self-sabotage. My job is to help you figure that out by being a trustworthy and consistent space for you to heal, challenge you to grow and find who you are after trauma & abuse. You don’t have to navigate this life alone. Together, we can work through the fear, self-doubt, and emotional wounds keeping you stuck. I will be with you every step of the way as you heal and success to me is when you no longer need my help.
