Introduction

You don't have to face life's challenges alone. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, carrying the weight of past trauma, navigating a major life transition, struggling with depression, or watching your child face emotional or behavioral challenges, therapy can provide a safe place to heal, grow, and move forward. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted. Together, we'll explore what's keeping you stuck, build practical tools for change, and help you reconnect with your strengths so you can create a life that feels more authentic, balanced, and fulfilling. I believe healing happens through a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, compassion, curiosity, and even moments of humor. Therapy doesn't have to feel intimidating. It can be a place where you gain insight, develop confidence, and discover new ways of responding to life's challenges. I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, addiction, relationship concerns, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. My background includes supporting individuals and families affected by trauma, substance use, high-stress environments, and complex life circumstances. I understand that every person's story is unique, and I tailor therapy to meet your individual needs and goals. My approach integrates evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Psychodynamic Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, and trauma-informed care. For children and clients who benefit from creative expression, I also incorporate Art Therapy, Play Therapy, and Sandplay Therapy to help process emotions that may be difficult to express with words alone. I earned my Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work from Walden University with a concentration in Trauma-Informed Care. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC), with additional training in Art Therapy, Play Therapy, and Sandplay Therapy. Beginning therapy takes courage, and finding the right therapist is an important decision. Whether you're seeking support for yourself or your child, I'm committed to providing a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where meaningful change can happen. I look forward to helping you build resilience, strengthen your relationships, and move toward the life you want to create.
