Introduction

I'm an LMFT specializing in helping individuals and couples heal relationship wounds through Emotionally Focused Therapy and attachment-based work. I believe that understanding our coping patterns and attachment histories is key to building stronger connections—both with ourselves and others. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, communication challenges, or the complexities of cultural identity and belonging, I'm here to help you develop greater self-compassion and resilience. I work with young adults and adults, and I'm trained to address multicultural concerns with cultural sensitivity at the center of our work. My approach emphasizes gentle, trauma-informed care that honors your unique story. I offer individual, couples, and family sessions both in-person and via telehealth, and I'm currently accepting new clients. If you're ready to explore what healing might look like for you, I'd welcome the opportunity to work together.
