Grace Kim is a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) and registered Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) providing telehealth services throughout Southern California. Grace works with children, teens, adults, and couples, supporting clients through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship and family challenges, identity development, life transitions, and medical or chronic health concerns. She is passionate about creating a safe, compassionate space where clients feel seen, known, and empowered to grow. Grace earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy with an emphasis in Medical Family Therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary, and a Master of Divinity from Talbot School of Theology. Before becoming a therapist, Grace spent 10 years serving as a ministry worker and pastor in local churches and nonprofit organizations, working with individuals and families across the lifespan and participating in international mission work. She continues to support international college students through nonprofit work alongside her clinical practice. Grace takes an individualized, integrative approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to each client's unique needs and goals. She is a Level II trained Restoration Therapist (RT) and is certified in Prepare/Enrich premarital counseling. Grace incorporates evidence-based modalities including Restoration Therapy (RT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), psychodynamic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed interventions, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). For clients who desire it, Grace is also able to thoughtfully integrate faith into the therapeutic process. Grace believes that healing happens through authentic connection, compassion, and collaboration. She considers it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they process life's challenges, strengthen their relationships, and cultivate lasting resilience, hope, and meaningful change.
