If therapy has crossed your mind, there’s a reason for it. My approach to therapy is creating a safe yet brave space for you to speak about your concerns. Each session is dedicated to your needs. We will work collaboratively to identify goals you would like to prioritize and the skills that can lead you to overcoming these challenges. I need to emphasize that this is YOUR space. I want to foster an environment where you feel safe showing up however you want. I will be respectful, warm, genuine, and direct (when needed).
