Introduction

Ahnnyung ("Hi" in Korean)! I'm Grace Lee, a graduate from Georgia State University's Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program. While I've been working with college athletes and refugees for the past two years, I have 13 years experience working with all ages of youth and young adults, from preschool toddlers to college students. My passion is to give back to the next generation by creating safe spaces for them to feel seen and heard. The following topics are things I can support you through your counseling journey through person-centered therapy, such as life transitions, career counseling suicidal ideation, anxiety/depression, PTSD/trauma, sports performance/anxiety, relationship issues, racial identity, and self-esteem. As a Korean-American and daughter of immigrants, I believe a person's values are what shapes their worldview, no matter their familial circumstances or experiences. I show up to every session with unconditional positive regard and I look forward to working with you!
