Previously I have worked as a school social worker, primarily with children, teens and families navigating school & life challenges. My goal is to create a warm and welcoming space where you feel heard, supported and empowered to reach your goals. Prioritizing a collaborative, strengths-based, and client-centered approach. As a yoga and dance instructor I firmly believe in the power of expressive arts and mindfulness practices. Grace is a former school social worker, wife, mom, heart warrior mom, movement instructor, teacher. In my free time you will find me adventuring outdoors, attempting a new craft project, chasing our little one around, or enjoying a dance or yoga class! Grace Milburn is currently under clinical supervision with Angie Lynn LSCSW, RPT Cost/Insurance Individual counseling sessions (virtual and in-person) are $125 each. We accept cash, debit/credit cards, HSA/FSA cards. Do you accept insurance? We are self-pay only, meaning we do not accept insurance, however we can provide you with a superbill which is a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
