Introduction

I’m a licensed counselor who helps adults navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I help thoughtful, high-achieving adults navigate anxiety, life transitions, and multicultural identity, especially when they feel stuck between who they’ve been and who they’re becoming. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel truly seen and supported. My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I work with clients who may be struggling with self-doubt, low self-esteem, unclear boundaries, or clients who are feeling stuck. I specialize in anxiety, multicultural relationships, adjustment to new cultures, life transitions, and motivation. I seek to provide a space where we can build insight, confidence, and practical tools for everyday life. My goal is to help clients feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to themselves as they move forward toward uncovering their passions in life and achieving their goals.
