Introduction

Hi, my name is Grace! I became a counselor because I understand firsthand what it means to face and overcome life’s challenges, and I want to offer the same support and guidance I found along the way to someone like you. I’m passionate about helping people uncover their strengths, navigate obstacles, and build fulfilling, meaningful lives. My areas of focus include multiculturalism, navigating multicultural relationships, language barriers, and adjusting to life in a new culture. At the same time, my door is open to anyone seeking growth, healing, or direction. My approach is compassionate, practical, and tailored to your unique needs. I blend emotion-focused and cognitive-behavioral techniques to help clients manage anxiety, depression, low self-worth, and uncertainty about life’s path. Together, we’ll explore what truly matters to you, reconnect with your passions, create and foster meaningful connections, and find ways to live authentically in alignment with your values. I help clients make confident decisions, set and maintain healthy boundaries, overcome fears, communicate clearly, and ease the pressure of people-pleasing. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel understood, empowered, and capable of lasting change. If you’re ready to take the first step toward clarity, confidence, and a life that reflects who you truly are, I would be honored to support you on your journey.
