Grace is a multicultural clinician of Puerto Rican and Italian descent. She earned her graduate degree in social work from Barry University in Miami, Florida, in 2013, and soon after began working with children and families. Since then, she has worked with diverse populations across a range of settings, including inpatient substance use recovery centers, refugee welfare programs, and group practice. While she has cherished each experience along the way, Grace has found her true passion is in providing psychotherapy—helping people navigate and heal from the burdens they carry, whether rooted in family history, a strained relationship, or their relationship with themselves. Grace's therapeutic approach incorporates modalities such as Parts Work therapy (IFS-informed) and somatic-informed interventions, making room for both psychological insight and the body's intuitive knowing to support emotional health. She has also completed extensive training in psycho-sexual therapy, creating a welcoming space for clients to explore challenges related to their sexual identity and experiences. Grace is licensed to practice independently in Washington, D.C., Maryland, Texas, Arizona, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. Therapy and evaluation services are also available in Spanish.
