MEET YOUR THERAPIST Silver Spring Counseling is a virtual therapy practice founded by Grace Olivieri, a multiracial Italian-Puerto Rican therapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C). Grace collaborates with individuals to foster change and support mental health recovery. Her clinical focus is on helping BIPOC individuals, including Latine communities and children of immigrants, heal from the anxiety tied to their identity, enabling them to feel confident and free. Whether clients seek greater fulfillment in their work or relationships or desire a deeper connection to their sensuality and body, Grace is here to assist them. Her therapeutic approach incorporates modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy and Somatic Experiencing therapy, blending emotional insights with body-based wisdom to enhance emotional regulation. Grace has also completed extensive training in sex therapy, creating a welcoming space for clients to discuss challenges related to their sexual identity and experiences.
