Introduction

My name is Grace Onye, PMHNP-BC., founder of All Well Health Services Inc. As a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I care deeply about my clients' emotional and mental health. I assess, diagnose, and treat mental health needs. In my 20-year career in mental health nursing I've worked in hospitals, behavioral health/addictions clinics, long-term care/assisted living facilities, remote telehealth nursing. I help with issues ranging from depression, anxiety, life transitions, low self-esteem, family conflict, substance abuse, poor relationships, etc. I equip clients with the tools and coping skills to build resiliency and develop better self-esteem, relationships, and communication skills, to live productive, healthier and more meaningful lives. ​
